Mr. Watzka is a highly accomplished & forward-thinking top executive and corporate officer with extensive experience in the hospitality, timeshare vacation ownership and resort real estate industries. He has proficiencies in strategic planning, product development, sales, marketing, brand management, and hospitality operations.
Mr. Watzka served as the founding CEO of UMUSIC Hotels - a partnership with Universal Music Group, the world leader in music-based entertainment, and Dakia Global Enterprise, an impact investment holding company to develop a new music-focused experiential Hospitality category.
Prior to this, Mr. Watzka served as Chief Customer Officer & Executive Vice President for Marriott Vacation Club International. He held responsibility for all customer contact processes, including marketing, sales, service, and resort operations. He also oversaw brand management, strategic alliances, customer relationship management, and product innovation.
In this role, Mr. Watzka led a team of ten Vice Presidents and 10,000 associates as he managed a scope of responsibilities covering the U.S., Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His efforts created a business which generated $2 Billion in annual revenues and serviced 400,000 members for 4 Brands of the company: Marriott Vacation Club, Horizons by Marriott, Marriott Grand Residences and Ritz-Carlton Club.

John received his undergraduate degree from New York University and his Masters of Business Administration in Taxation from New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business Administration.
His expertise includes all areas of personal and corporate income tax planning and compliance, estate and trust planning and entity structuring. John began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company’s, New York Office in 1979, and was promoted to Tax Manager in 1982. From 1982 to 1986 he had lead responsibility for major corporate engagements in both New York and Boston.
His diverse experience with business entities, their owners and directors is integral to providing solutions for cash flow maximization and tax minimization.
Since leaving Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1986, John’s extensive experience has provided clients with a solution driven focus since forming Callaghan Nawrocki LLP and successor entities, Callaghan Lucerino & Associates LLP and currently Callaghan LLP. He has served these firms as the Managing Partner and has guided the firms through changing tax law structures and economies in flux.

Mr. Damiano “Dom” Albanese is a Marketing & Sales leader who is skilled at driving Top-Line revenue growth. He believes success is achieved through a customer centric approach with the goal of connecting customers with the best products or services via the best marketing and sales channels provided by highly talented people using the best training and tools.
Dom’s career has been focused on the Hospitality Resort Real Estate business where he has helped reshape the Timeshare business on a global basis having been a key leader with Marriott and helping them scale their timeshare business into a billion-dollar business.
Along the way, Dom worked for Hilton Grand Vacations leading their marketing and began his career with an independent marketing sales sales company with various marketing and sales roles.
His roles ranged from operational / front-line individual contributor, to leading marketing for the entire companies for which he worked & culminating in moving his family of 7 to Singapore to lead the start-up efforts for the expansion of Marriott Vacation Club into the Asia Pacific market.
During his tenure in Singapore, Dom had direct line responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the entire Asia Pacific Marketing & Sales operations and its over 500 employees across the region. He and his team launched and operated businesses across Asia in Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, India, China & Indonesia.
Ultimately Dom spent 15 years living in Singapore with his wife. After leaving Marriott in 2019, Dom created his own Singapore-based company, ATDC, which he continues to operate today while living in Orlando, Florida.

John Paul Midolo has nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare, research and development, and administering complex national programs. He is currently the Managing Partner and Founder of Midolo Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm focused on providing an array of services, including scientific and clinical advisement, internal and external due diligence, regulatory review and strategy development, program development, and implementation strategies.
Before venturing into the world of consulting, John devoted nearly a decade to public service within the Department of Veterans Affairs [VA]. He held pivotal roles, making substantial contributions to various aspects of the organization.
From 2015 to 2018, John served as the Administrative Officer for Research at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina, John provided leadership and strategic vision for the research enterprise. He played an instrumental role in recruiting renowned researchers and expanding the research funding to over $28M in FY2017. He served as an advisor to hospital management and was actively involved in VA's Field Research Advisory Committee and Executive Leadership Committee for Research.
From 2011 to 2015, John managed multiple national progams in Washington D.C. for the VA’s Office of Research and Development [ORD]. As the program coordinator and portfolio manager for the Quality Enhancement Research Initiative (QUERI), John oversaw the management of the Rapid Response Proposal portfolio, ensuring fiscal stewardship, and coordinating the Partnered Research Initiative for QUERI. His work significantly contributed to the enhancement of implementation science and productivity in collaboration with various VA Program Office partners. He was then appointed as the Scientific Merit Review Program Manager for the Health Services Research and Development [HSR&D] program. He was responsible for reviewing all program activities as well as providing crucial scientific and technical consultation to field investigators, Center Directors, and inter-agency partners. In FY2014, the budget for this program was $90M.
John earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and a Master of Public Health in Behavioral Science and Community Health from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
